Common questions
How do I pay?
One payment per invitation, no subscription and no fees. Create, edit and publish for free up to 25 guests; you pay when you want more guests and questions and no badge.
What is the difference between plans?
The number of guests and of questions in the form. Free reaches 25 guests and 8 questions; Essential, 100 and 20; Plus and Studio, 500 guests and up to 60 questions. Plus will include a contact list for future events and updates (soon).
What is “Studio”?
A real person designs your invitation from your description and your photos, and you chat with them directly. It includes one visual proposal and two rounds of refinements. Custom illustration and animation are quoted separately: tell us your idea.
Why are menus a subscription?
A menu stays alive: dishes, prices and allergens change. The menu plan is monthly and covers all your menus with the same QR. Menus are coming later.
I have a special case: planner, company, several venues…

Do prices include taxes?
Yes: prices are in euros and show the final amount, taxes included.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, per the terms of sale. Write to us and we will look at it. See the terms for details.
