The service

Cabriola lets you create, edit and publish invitations, event pages and menus, and collect replies. You can start free; some features and limits depend on the plan. [TODO-LEGAL: provider identity and governing law.]

Your account and content

You are responsible for what you publish and for what you ask your guests. You give us the permission needed to host and display it so the service works. Do not upload anything illegal, that infringes others’ rights or that is misleading. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Guest data

When you collect data from other people with your forms you are responsible for processing it and we act as your processor; see the privacy policy.

Payments

Prices are in euros. Payments, invoices and taxes are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. [TODO-LEGAL: terms of sale.]

Refunds

Templates and materials
